What is AIP Connect?
AIP Connect is Australia's dedicated regional recruitment platform. We connect metropolitan professionals seeking tree change or sea change careers with employers in regional, rural, and coastal areas across NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, TAS, NT, and ACT.
Is AIP Connect free to use?
Job seekers can create accounts, search jobs, save listings, and apply for positions completely free. Employers pay a flat fee of $10 AUD per job posting.
What states do you cover?
We operate in New South Wales (NSW), Victoria (VIC), Queensland (QLD), South Australia (SA), Tasmania (TAS), Northern Territory (NT), and Australian Capital Territory (ACT). We do NOT currently hold a recruitment license for Western Australia (WA).
Why don't you cover Western Australia?
TreeShift is actively working to bring our affordable $10 job posting model to Western Australia. We're engaging with WA regulators to modernize recruitment licensing for the digital age. We believe our platform serves the public good by making regional recruitment accessible to councils, community organizations, and small businesses. For Job Seekers
How do I create an account?
Click 'Register' on our homepage and select 'Job Seeker'. Fill in your details, verify your email, and you'll have immediate access to job searching and application features.
Can I set up job alerts?
Yes! Once registered, you can create customized job alerts based on location, category, keywords, and salary range. You can choose to receive alerts instantly, daily, or weekly.
How do I apply for jobs?
Navigate to a job listing that interests you, click 'Apply Now', and follow the prompts. You can upload your resume, write a cover letter, and submit your application directly to the employer.
Can I save jobs for later?
Absolutely! Click the 'Save Job' button on any listing to bookmark it. Access your saved jobs anytime from your dashboard.
Is my personal information secure?
Yes. We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, Row Level Security policies, and strict access controls. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. Under the Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to request deletion of your personal information. Contact privacy@treeshift.com.au to exercise this right.
For Employers
How much does it cost to post a job?
Each job posting costs a flat fee of $10 AUD. This includes 30 days of active listing, unlimited applications, and full access to applicant profiles.
How long does a job posting stay active?
Job postings remain active for 30 days from the date of publication. You can remove or edit your listing at any time through your employer dashboard.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Payments are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Can I post multiple jobs at once?
Yes, you can post as many jobs as needed. Each posting is charged separately at $10 AUD. There are no bulk discounts at this time.
How do I view applications?
Access your employer dashboard to view all applications for your job postings. You can filter by status, download resumes, and update application statuses.
Can I edit a job posting after publishing?
Yes, you can edit job details, requirements, and salary information at any time through your dashboard. Changes are reflected immediately.
What if I need to refund a job posting?
Refunds are only issued if the job posting was rejected due to our error or technical failure. Refunds are not available for postings removed due to policy violations or user error. Contact employers@treeshift.com.au for assistance.
Do you offer AI-powered job descriptions?
Yes! Our platform includes an AI-assisted job description generator that creates professional, comprehensive job postings based on your requirements. This feature is included at no extra cost.
Technical & Account
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page, enter your email address, and we'll send you a secure reset link. The link expires after 24 hours.
Can I have both an employer and job seeker account?
Yes, but you'll need to use different email addresses for each account type. This ensures proper separation of employer and candidate functionalities.
What browsers are supported?
AIP Connect works on all modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend keeping your browser updated for the best experience.
Is the platform mobile-friendly?
Yes, AIP Connect is fully responsive and works on smartphones, tablets, and desktop computers. You can search and apply for jobs from any device.
How do I report a technical issue?
Contact our technical support team at support@treeshift.com.au with details of the issue, including screenshots if possible. We respond within 4-8 business hours.
